Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
The Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAPP) is a guideline to ensure stores maintain consistent expectations for customers. Newly released Booster Box prices should not drop below MSRP for at least 1 month from the release date.
"Advertised Price" applies to both physical or online advertising copy.
This MAPP applies to the United States and Canada regions.
At $109.99 MSRP for Imperion booster boxes launched on October 20th, retailers should not advertise a lower price until November 20th at the earliest.
MSRP can be converted to local currency but must still follow the guidelines.
The same minimum policy applies to booster box cartons and cases sold in retail.
This policy lasts until one month after the official release date of any applicable product.
Free Offers, Free shipping, 0% sales tax or financing promotions do not violate MAPP.

Failure to heed the policy may lead to us contacting the store to rectify errors. Failure to do so may then lead to product restrictions and black listing from distribution.

Release Date Policy
The Release Date Policy applies to all product releases with an official release date. Please reference sales sheets from the distributor or on this website to find the release date and MSRP information.
"Street Date" Embargo: Until the official release day, physical product is restricted. Stores cannot sell booster packs, bundles, or singles from the new set to walk-in customers prior to the release date.
Card Legality: A card becomes legal for organized play as soon as the release date for that card's set is hit in your region.
Promotional Materials: Promotional kits may only be used alongside official events. Please do not hand out promo cards or start events until the product release date.
Proxy Card Policy
Proxy cards are not allowed in official organized play tournaments for Echoes of Astra TCG. Players that submit a deck that contains proxies must replace those cards before participating.
